1. Introduction

Welcome to CartoVibe Consulting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our advisory services, coaching programs, and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these protocols designed to ensure a strategic and productive partnership.

2. Professional Services

CartoVibe Consulting provides strategic planning, leadership coaching, and organizational mapping. The scope of each engagement will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement. We are committed to a guiding, insightful approach to your professional growth.

3. Engagement & Client Obligations

In our collaborative coaching model, success is a shared responsibility. Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and timely information for organizational mapping.
• Maintain active participation in scheduled workshops and sessions.
• Respect the intellectual property and frameworks provided by CartoVibe.

4. Confidentiality

We handle all organizational data and personal growth insights with the highest level of corporate professionalism. Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without express written consent, except as required by South African law.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for consulting and workshops are detailed in our proposals. Standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise specified. CartoVibe Consulting reserves the right to pause service delivery for accounts in arrears.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our strategies are designed to foster significant growth, CartoVibe Consulting does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Our role is to provide the insights and tools; the implementation remains the responsibility of the client's management.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Johannesburg.
